7 March 2006 ICPA « Health in XXI century » celebrated its 3d anniversary. Our association was founded in 2003 to assist in development of social sphere in Belarus: organization and rendering of social, charitable and other necessary help to children, needy and socially unprotected layers of the population. Three years of existence is a small term for a young organization, but, nevertheless, looking today at the results of our work we can say with confidence, that we managed to embody the biggest part of the planned. Certainly, we had to study a lot during those years. We were looking for new opportunities and solutions as a number of the most essential changes in live and functioning of public organizations of Belarus were made.

The gratitude of our wards, the support of state and private enterprises as well as the small businesses, businessmen and private persons confirm the necessity of our activity, give us force, energy and new ideas for the further work.
